ACROYOGA WORKSHOP
For beginning and intermediate students. Friday, January 27. 6:30-8pm. Life Yoga, 235 Gore Rd.
Suitable for beginners and those who have taken AcroYoga workshops with us before. No experience or partner needed. Discover the joy of being upside down, make new friends, let go of fear and do things you didn't think were possible. If you are new to AcroYoga, you will learn the basics of balancing friends on your feet, hands, etc. Intermediate students will learn star and variations from postures, like placing the flyer's shoulders on the base’s feet and much more!
Cost: $25 + HST per person or $40 + HST for a duo.


CIRCUS WORKSHOPS
Available upon request (16+). 3-10 people, $200 for 60 minutes at Loyalist Gymnastics, 1396 Bath Road.


AERIAL YOGA 101
This workshop is a prerequisite to any aerial yoga drop in classes and pre-registered sessions.
Friday, January 21, 6:30-7:30pm. $25 plus HST. Call Life Yoga (235 Gore Rd) to reserve your spot, 613-548-5100.
